Treasurer and Assistant reconcile QuickBooks files at the end of every month. Forward QuickBooks data to BOD Treasurer at the end of every month (Includes Transaction Detail Summary, Monthly Statement, Check Log, Reconciliation Report for that month) to BOD President, BOD Treasurer, Assistant Treasurer, and General Chair.
