Meet with the Arrangements Subcommittee Chairperson to finalize meeting dates for the coming year, and with concurrence from the BOD President, identify possible meeting sites. Stay apprised of other industry schools, seminars, conferences, roundtables, and meetings and avoid conflicting with those meeting dates. GC meetings include:
Kickoff Meeting in January
Spring Meeting in April
Summer Meeting in July
Pre-school walk through meeting on the Monday preceding the week of the School
Pre-school meeting on the Monday the week of the School in September
Wrap-up meeting in October
