Initial test of Zoom on the GMF/LMF designated hardware at least 1 or 2 weeks before the school at the hotel.
The Arrangements Subcommittee Chair is responsible for arranging all events during the school year. The Arrangements Subcommittee Chair supports the General Chairperson and the BOD President.
The Summer Meeting which is planned by the General Chair, and the BOD Vice President which selects the site for the following year.
The School contract is negotiated by the BOD, and the Arrangements Chair works with the General Chair to finalize banquet orders.
The BOD President should sign all contracts.
