With nearly two decades of experience in hydrocarbon measurement, Stormy has held leadership and technical roles across equipment manufacturing, production operations, regulatory oversight, standards development, and product innovation. His career includes positions with J-W Measurement, WPX Energy, the Bureau of Land Management, SPL, and TMCO.
A recognized industry leader, Stormy actively contributes to API measurement standards and measurement education programs throughout the United States.
