The American School of Gas Measurement Technology (ASGMT) has been at the forefront of Flow Measurement training since its inception in 1966. Over the years, ASGMT has evolved to encompass comprehensive training in both gas and liquids measurement. With a commitment to excellence, ASGMT now offers an extensive curriculum comprising over 115 lecture classes, complemented by 48 Hands-On Product Training sessions led by industry experts.

SCHOOL

ASGMT is proud to host over 175 exhibit booths that provide real hands-on experience and training for students and visitors. Educational exhibits are hosted by companies that assist ASGMT for class instruction, and are requested by the General Committee to not host competitive selling during the school. Our continued success is due to the preparedness and cooperation of each exhibitor.

Registrants are encouraged to visit the exhibitors and learn more about the petroleum and natural gas industry,  to provide instruction on technical subjects for people in the industry. 

The funds received from the exhibitor’s help keep the student cost as low as possible. New exhibitors are reviewed by the exhibits committee and present to the board and general committee for inclusion in upcoming schools. Our exhibitors are dedicated the school, the industry, and everyone involved.

Each 8' x 10' booth will be set with 8' high blue and white back drape, 3' high blue side drape, one 6'L x 30" high white draped table, two Limerick® side chairs by Herman Miller, and one wastebasket.  Booths 300 sqft or less will receive a 7" x 44" identification sign. Booths larger than 300 sqft may receive a 7" x 44" identification sign upon request.

The booths and exhibit areas are carpeted with the existing hotel carpet.

Our Exhibitor Services team will be available from 8am - 5pm from the first day of Exhibitor Move-in to the last day of Exhibitor Move-out. Hours may be extended the day before show open and the day of show close to assist with additional exhibitor needs. 

All exhibitor materials must be removed from the exhibit facility by Thursday, at 2:00 p.m. To ensure all exhibitor materials are removed from the exhibit facility by the Exhibitor Move-Out deadline, please have all carriers check-in by Thursday, at 1:00 p.m. In the event your selected carrier fails to show on final move-out day, Freeman reserves the right to re-route your freight onto another carrier.
