The Website Subcommittee Chair is responsible for the management and reliability of the Website and its use to support all Subcommittees. The Website Chair manages the website contractor (currently Hyperlink).
All contracts should be signed by the BOD President.

Class Room Location – Verify with Program Subcommittee Chairperson to update map.
Class Schedule – Verify with Program Subcommittee Chairperson to update matrix.
School Floor Plan – Coordinate with Program Subcommittee Chairperson to update map.
Exhibit Hall Floor Plan – Coordinate with Exhibits Subcommittee Chairperson to update map.
Verify with appropriate committee chairs that links to class schedule, exhibitors, and speakers function correctly.
Confirm that the Privacy Policy is posted on the website.
Request new Whova embedded list scripts from Marketing Chair. Submit request to Hyperlinks Media including each script for the following sites: Class Schedule Class Speakers Our Exhibitors Class Schedule Speakers Exhibitors Verify changes are complete
